I work from a Psychodynamic perspective, an approach aimed at helping the patient bring to the surface their true feelings so that they can experience understand and create from them. In so doing, healing from difficult or traumatic circumstances can occur.

How Does it Work?

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy involves talking with me, the therapist, about any aspect of life that seems difficult to navigate. My job is to interpret your current feelings in light of your life and experiences, relaying them back to you so that you become aware of what might be affecting you.
